Second Semester Schedule

• 1st Year Medical Student Schedule (downloads the spring semester first year schedule to your PDA's datebook).
• 2nd Year Medical Student Schedule (downloads the spring semester second year schedule to your PDA's datebook).

First Semester Schedule:

• 1st Year Medical Student Schedule (downloads the fall semester first year schedule to your PDA's datebook).
• 2nd Year Medical Student Schedule (downloads the fall semester second year schedule to your PDA's datebook).

Installation Instructions:

1. Download the appropriate file above to your computer. Download the file by right-clicking on the link and selecting "Save Link Target As."
2. Open the Palm Desktop software on your computer.
3. Go to "File" --> "Import" on the toolbar.
4. Choose the file you downloaded. It should put the file directly into your Palm Desktop calendar.
5. To get the calendar onto your PDA, hotsync your PDA as you normally would.

Phone List Installation Instructions:

1. Download the attachment "unch.zip" by right clicking on the link above and choosing "save as"
2. Save to the "Add-on" folder inside the Palm folder on your "C" drive
3. Open unch.zip in winzip and click the extract button--make sure you extract the file unch.aba to c:\Program Files\Palm\Add-On
4. Open the Palm desktop
5. Click on the Address (button on the left)
6. At the top of the Address list there is a pull-down category menu, go to edit categories
7. Create a "UNC Hospitals" category
8. Click OK You will now see it as an option in the pull-down menu
9. Under "File", select import and select the "unch.aba" file
10. The data will be imported the next time you sync your Palm
