Post-doctoral positions are open in a variety of areas, including:
Guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs)
Use mouse models, synthetic-, structural- and cellular biology to study the activation of Rho GTPases by Dbl- and Dock-family GEFs.Phospholipases C isozymes (PLCs)
Understand the regulation of phospholipase C isozymes using structural biology and cellular studies.Heterotrimeric G proteins
Study the integration of RGS proteins with G protein-coupled receptors in the regulation of heterotrimeric G proteins. Recent work is centered on the R7-family of RGS proteins.
