Asya Borikova, a member of the Johnson Lab, successfully defended her dissertation and received her Ph.D. on May 25, 2012. The title of her dissertation was "Cerebral Cavernous Malformations is a disease of dysregulated expression of RhoA and Rap1 proteins."
Asya has accepted a position as a postdoc at the Harvard Medical School Cardiovascular Research Center and has already moved on to Boston to start her postdoctoral training there.
