Who are we?
Physicians for Human Rights is a national organization dedicated to highlighting the role of healthcare providers in the promotion of human rights. The UNC chapter aims to engage medical students in discussion of both global issues and local politics. Our members attend talks on topics from child abuse to war-related trauma and organize to attend political rallies.
Please join our list-serv to be included in action alerts and upcoming events.
Contact Camilla Powierza (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Sarah Asman (email@example.com) for more information about our student organization or information on participating in our events.
As we are about to enter the summer months, we do not have any upcoming events planned. However, if you come across any interesting events pertaining to PHR that you'd wish to share with others, please let us know and we can help!
