Make a Gift to PM&R

In Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation we provide patients with a continuum of care and support throughout their recovery process. We strive to find better techniques and treatment options, provide education for patients and their families and continue to advocate for their needs long after they leave our program. All gifts, large or small, contribute to the advancement of rehabilitation medicine and promote the highest standard of care for every patient.

Contributions are tax deductible as provided by law.

Gifts may be designated to the following funds within the department:

  • PM&R General Fund
  • Brain Injury
  • Pediatric Rehabilitation
  • PM&R Research
  • Program on Integrative Medicine
  • Residency Program Education
  • Spinal Cord Injury
  • Stroke Rehabilitation & TeleMedicine
  • TelAbility

You may download and print our pledge sheet.
