Acupuncture for Healthy Aging

Jongbae Park, KMD, PhD, LAc, recently gave a community-based talk in Durham, North Carolina about acupuncture for healthy aging. Dr. Park presented an educational newsletter showing how acupuncture and its related techniques play a role in reducing pain and improving range of movement as we age. He also recommended an educational module which explains the benefits of acupuncture-related therapies for back pain.

Acupuncture services are provided by appointment in the PM&R Outpatient Clinic, first floor, UNC Memorial Hospital. For more information, see our Acupuncture Program.
