Our Outpatient Clinic placed in the "Top Five" in 2009-2010 for our
Commitment to Caring, and yet again in 2011!

Additionally, the Clinic received the designation of "most improved" for even higher
patient satisfaction scores in Fiscal Year 2011.

Our team of physiatrists and other specialists treat children and
adults with a variety of rehabilitation needs for maximum recovery and
independence.

Services require a referral from a health care provider.

Amputee Clinic

This clinic treats patients with a variety of needs for maximum amputee recovery and independence, including custom prostheses designed on site. Services require a prescription.
