PHYI 202 (Section 001) - Introduction to Physiology (5 credits) *Inquiries regarding course equivalency should be directed to the course director, Dr. Virginia Shea.* Prerequisites: Chemistry 101, Chemistry 102 and Biology 252 A course in basic human physiology with an appreciation for its clinical application. Emphasis is on body fluids, various organ systems and their interrelationships. Required of all nursing students and available to other students by permission of the instructor. PHYI 395 - Undergraduate Research in Physiology (1-3 credits) Prerequisites: Biology 101 and 101L, Chemistry 101 and 101L, an overall 3.0 GPA, and permission of the instructor Directed readings or laboratory study on a selected topic.
