June 2010 - Fourth-year student Maggie McCormick (Tzima lab) has been awarded a predoctoral fellowship from the American Heart Association. This funding will provide two years of support for her project entitled "PECAM-1 regulation of eNOS activation."

AHA predoctoral fellowships "help students initiate careers in cardiovascular and stroke research by providing research assistance and training."
