How old does my baby have to be before cleft lip and/or palate surgery?

Cleft lip surgery is usually done between 3-6 months of age. Cleft palate surgery is usually done between 9-12 months of age.

What is the optimal time for craniosynostosis surgery?

The ideal time is between 6-12 months of age. The median age is generally 8 months of age.
