SYMPOSIUM REGISTRATION:

Register Online for the Symposium

To be officially registered for the Symposium, payment of the registration fee is required. Payment can be accomplished by credit card or by check at the registration site linked above. The registration fee of $125 for students/post docs or $200 for faculty includes abstract book, coffee breaks, Friday and Saturday lunches, the Friday evening banquet, and transportation between the hotel and UNC Campus - George Watts Hill Alumni Center where presentations and poster sessions will be held. Upon registration, you will be assigned a name and password that you will receive by email.This allows you to return to the registration site at a later date to submit an abstract (September 4, 2007 deadline).

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION:

The deadline for registration and abstract submission has been extended to:  September 4, 2007 (5pm EDT).
Further registrations and abstact submissions will be accepted based on space available for additional registrants.

Abstract submission is accomplished online at the registration site. Submission of an abstract is accomplished using the name and password received upon Symposium registration.

HOTEL RESERVATION:

Reserving a room at The Residence Inn by Marriott Chapel Hill, 101 Erwin Rd. (866-876-5260) or Holiday Inn Chapel Hill, 1301 Fordham Blvd. (1-888-452-5765) for out-of-town registrants is separate from Symposium registration and can be accomplished by your calling directly. When making reservations, mention that you are registered for the RNA Symposium as reduced room rates have been negotiated for participants. Room blocks are valid until September 14 so please make your reservations as soon as possible. The first symposium session begins early Friday morning, October 19, so attendants typically book rooms for Thursday and Friday evenings. The last session ends late Saturday afternoon.

Van/shuttle transportation from the hotel to the UNC Campus - George Watts Hill Alumni Center for the Symposium sessions will be provided from the hotels listed above.
