Summary Statement:

Ms. Clemmer works with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. She focuses on helping individuals focus on improving their quality of life and managing their recovery from mental illness.   She provides individual and group therapy using evidence based models (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, etc) as well as using the SAMHSA evidence based tool kit Illness Management and Recovery.  She completes clinical assessments for new clients entering the clinic. She provides training to student interns from various programs including social work, rehabilitation psychology and counseling, and nursing.
