Summary Statement:

Mr. Rhyne is a clinical social worker currently serving as case manager for the Clozapine Project at the UNC Center for Excellence in Community Mental Health.  In this capacity, Mr. Rhyne provides clinical case management and supportive therapy to clients at the STEP MHC who are taking clozapine. He is assisting in managing a study to monitor the efficacy, side effects, and service utilization of clozapine for the treatment of serious mental illness.

Mr. Rhyne’s professional interests include: Clinical case management for adults w/ SPMI; supportive psychotherapy; therapeutic courts; motivational enhancement interventions; and substance abuse treatment for persons with co-occurring disorders.
