Summary Statement:
Francois Budin spent one year working at UNC in the Computer-Assisted
Surgery and Imaging Laboratory (CASILab) studying how to prevent
facial recognition when rendering 3D MR Images of the head. He then
did an internship in the Psychiatry Neuroimaging Laboratory, working
on Diffusion Tensor Image (DTI) resampling. After that, he came back
at UNC in the CASILab to study vessel tortuosity in the human brain
due to the esence of a tumor. After a year and a half, he moved to the
Neuro-Image Research Analysis Laboratory (NIRAL) and is since then
working on Improving existing DTI processing tools and developing new
automatic processing pipelines.
