Dr. Grier joined the Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry immediately upon graduating from the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency Program. She has served as an attending on the Eating Disorders as well as Child and Adolescent units and currently supervises and teaches PGY-2 General Psychiatry residents and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry fellows.
