Several brain atlases have been made available online via MIDAS (MultimedIa Digital Archive System). These atlases can be used to perform tissue segmentation, subcortical structures parcellation and lobar analysis.

In general, not only is the T1-weighted template image provided (with and without skull), but also tissue segmentations probability maps (white matter, gray matter and CSF), subcortical structures probability maps (amygdala, caudate, hippocampus, pallidus, putamen) and a lobar parcellation map.
