Baclofen Study for Alcohol Problems

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking volunteers for a research study testing whether the medication baclofen can help reduce alcohol drinking.  If you're between the ages of 18 and 65 and having problems with alcohol, you may be able to participate in this new research study. Participants are monitored by a research team in the UNC Department of Psychiatry under the direction of JC Garbutt, MD. (IRB # 12-1743). Binge Drinking Study

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking volunteers for a research study testing whether the medication combination naltrexone and bupropion can help reduce binge drinking.  If you're between the ages of 21 and 34 and having problems with alcohol, you may be able to participate in this new research study.
