About the Diabetes Interest Group

We are a group of close to 100 scientists and another 100 Carolina-affiliated non-scientists with professional and/or personal interests in diabetes. We meet occasionally to share research, find opportunities for collaboration, and explore funding possibilities.

We are not a diabetes support group or a venue for discussing individual cases or progress. At this time we have no information about such groups. If you know of a support group, please email Karen Stone and we will gladly post the information.

Everyone with an interest in the subject is welcome to attend our meetings.
