Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars - Becoming a Scholar

The application period is now closed.

A new announcement from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation in February indicates the development of new health-focused leadership programs. The Foundation has made the difficult decision to wind down and conclude ten Human Capital programs, including the Clinical Scholars program. This means that we are proceeding with the recruitment and selection of a cohort to begin in 2015 and that the RWJF Clinical Scholars Program will not end until after the completion of the training of this cohort. Our application period for this cohort is open until February 28, 2014 as we continue to recruit new Clinical Scholars for the 2015-2017 cohort. The 2015-2017 group of Scholars will receive the full benefits of the Clinical Scholars program. It will be the program’s final cohort. We are confident that the Clinical Scholars program will end as strong as it started.

Physicians currently in the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars program are offered two years of graduate-level study and research, as part of a university-based, post-residency training program. They are expected to complete graduate-level research projects in their priority areas.
