A brief list of some popular books about neurology or general neuroscience.

The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat

A classic.  Plenty of clinical stories about odd symptoms and presentations.

Phantoms in the Brain

Covers a lot of Ramachandran's work on phantom limb pain.  His writing style is quite good.

In Search of Memory

An autobiographical work by Eric Kandel.  Kandel won the nobel prize for his work on the molecular biology of memory storage.  This book provides a great synopsis of the modern history of experimental neuroscience.
