The MS1 course “Structure and Development” (anatomy and embryology) kicks off each year with the “Sheldon Lecture in Anatomy, History, and Society” in honor of Dr. George Sheldon, Chair Emeritus of Surgery. Past lecturers have included Christine Montross (Brown University), George Sheldon (UNC), and Rita Charon (Columbia University).
All faculty and staff of the School of Medicine are invited to attend.
