The lecture series is geared towards general information about surgery that the faculty has deemed as important for every medical student to know. Therefore, the material is not necessarily geared towards the shelf exam. Most lectures are presented in an interactive format. Support material for some of the lectures is listed below.
Click for Block 6 lecture schedule. The lectures are held on Tuesdays at 7:30 AM in the OR Classroom, Tuesdays at 5:00 PM in 4050 Burnett-Womack and Thursdays at 7:30 AM in the OR Classroom. There are also lectures available for viewing on the one45 site. After logging into one45, go to "Handouts & Links," then "Yr3 Surgery program objects."
