Account Violation Policy

The Department of Surgery subscribes to the University IT Policies.

Sharing your Surgery domain password or compromising your Surgery domain access in any way will result in immediate revocation of account and domain resources access. The HIPAA Online Training module that addresses accounts/passwords is under Group #1:  General Privacy and Information Security. Once the test is retaken and verified, access will be restored.
