To access the OR Classroom folder:

In Windows 7:

1. Open My Computer
2. Make sure Computer is highlighted in the left frame
3. Select Map network drive from the top, horizontal menu bar
4. Scroll down through the Drive list and set the drive to O:
5. In the Folder field, enter //surgery-a/orclassroom
6. Check Reconnect at logon if desired (but not on shared computers)
7. If you're prompted to log in, be sure to precede your user id with ad\ (e.g., ad\jsmith)
8. Hit Finish

In Windows XP:

1. Open My Computer
2. Select Tools
3. Select Map Network Drive
4. Scroll down through the Drive list and set the drive to O:
5. In the Folder field, enter //surgery-a/orclassroom
6. Check Reconnect at logon if desired (but not on shared computers)
7. If you're prompted to log in, be sure to precede your user id with ad\ (e.g., ad\jsmith)
8. Hit Finish

This will provide you with a convenient mechanism for dropping files, including PowerPoint presentations, onto a folder that is accessible from the OR Classroom.
