The Department of Surgery Research Conference is held on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, in 4050 Burnett-Womack. This conference is mandatory for research fellows; and all researchers, basic and clinical, are encouraged to attend. This is a "work in progress" conference, and participants will have the opportunity to sign up for a short discussion of their research project or for a practice presentation to prepare for a larger audience. The audience will participate with comments, questions, and suggestions to provide guidance and alternatives. This opportunity is designed to promote research in the Department, and we would greatly appreciate your participation and support.
