Kircher and Schultz Recognized for Nursing Excellence

November 15, 2011 -- Amanda Kircher, RN, and Heather Schultz, NP, were presented with the 2011 Nursing Recognition Award at today's semi-annual School of Medicine Medical Staff Meeting.

Kircher is a clinical nurse in GI Surgery, and Schultz works in the Multidisciplinary Urologic Oncology Program.

The award is presented annually to honor outstanding nursing professionals at UNC Health Care for the countless contributions they make in support of the patient care, teaching, research and public service missions of the School of Medicine.
