In addition to the UNC Center for Tobacco Regulatory Science and Lung Health, thirteen other FDA/NIH funded Tobacco Centers of Regulatory Science (TCORS) have been formed across the country, including a second center at UNC-CH directed by Kurt Ribisl, Ph.D., at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health.

These other centers are made up of scientists with expertise in areas such as epidemiology, economics, toxicology, addictions and marketing and will focus on a number of issues pertaining to tobacco use. Please visit the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for a comprehensive list of the other sites.
