We are in the final phase of Project TICKER.  All clinical areas have completed TeamSTEPPS training to address teamwork within the unit and to standardize handoffs between units. The integrated clinical pathway (ICP) for ventricular septal defect (VSD) and atrial septal defect (ASD) has been implemented, and the ICP for tetralogy of Fallot is in the pilot phase. Work groups have also developed guidelines for prevention and treatment of complications. The current versions of tools can be found below.
