- Time to Conceive is a research study of women ages 30 to 44 years, who are trying to get pregnant. Are you between the ages of 18 to 29 years? Check out the Physical Activity and Conception Study!
- The purpose of Time to Conceive is to identify a way to measure a person's fertility. Specifically, we will try to determine if certain hormones (FSH, estradiol, antimullerian hormone, inhibin) in blood and urine will predict fertility and infertility.
- Time to Conceive is designed to collect blood and urine from 750 women, who are trying to get pregnant, and observe how long it takes them to get pregnant.
- Time to Conceive is important because 1 out of every 7 women will suffer from infertility, resulting in significant distress and anxiety; however, we have no markers to predict who will be infertile.
