Appointments

For New Patients

Referrals are accepted from physicians only.  Please have your doctor's office contact us at 
919-966-4389 and then press #1.  Your doctor can also fax your referral and records to 919-966-0369.  We will then contact the patient to schedule their appointment. 

For Return Patients

Please call our office to schedule your trauma or general surgery follow-up appointments at 
919-966-4389 and then press #1.

For Physicians

Please fax a New Patient Referral Form (.pdf) with the pertinent notes for your patient to 
919-966-0369. 
We will contact the patient directly to schedule the appointment.

Transferring Trauma Patients to UNC Hospital

Please contact the UNC Transfer Center at 919-843-1920.  They will help facilitate a patient's transfer to UNC Hospitals.
