New Patient Appointments
Your primary care physician can refer new patients by calling the clinic at 919-966-1315 or the Urology New Patient Coordinators at 919-966-8802.
Return Patient Appointments
Established patients can schedule follow up appointments by calling 919-966-1315. Please have your UNC Hospitals Medical Record Number available, as well as any changes in your health insurance. This number may also be used to reschedule or cancel existing appointments.
Patients in need of immediate medical assistance are directed to call the Hospital operator at 919-966-4131 and askd for the Urology resident on call.

The Urology Clinic is located on the second floor of the Memorial Hospital.

Parking Information
Patients and visitors may park in the Dogwood Parking Deck at a cost of $1.50 an hour or fraction thereof, to a maximum of $8 for a full day. Discount coupons for all-day parking can be purchased at the Cashier's Desk in the Memorial Hospital lobby between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Discount coupons come in books of five.
Valet Parking is available to all patients and visitors to any of the Hospitals. It is located at the front door of the NC Women's and Children's Hospitals. The cost for valet parking is $10. Discount coupons can be purchased from the Cashier's Desk in the Memorial Hospital lobby between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. Discount coupons come in books of five and cost $45.
Handicapped Parking is available for up to four hours in any of the Handicapped Parking spaces located directly in front of the Memorial Hospital entrance. Additional handicapped spaces are located in the Dogwood Parking Deck. Handicapped-accessible shuttles service these spaces. If you need assistance from the parking deck, please contact the attendant via the call box phones.
Payment for the Dogwood Deck or Valet can be made by cash, credit or debit card.
