Smart Folders
A Smart Folder is a list of results from a predefined search.
A Smart Folder, when selected, automatically performs a detailed search that you specify ahead of time, with the results being displayed in a manner similar to a standard folder view. A Smart Folder can also be displayed as a portlet (see Portlets). Since Smart Folders work dynamically, displaying specific information automatically and in real time (relative to page load/refresh), the possibilities for content gathering are nearly endless!
