Excluding Items from the Navigation
In some cases you'll have content that you never want to appear in the navigation, such as an image, for example.
- Navigate to the content (page, link, image, etc.), that you want to remove from the navigation.
- Click on the edit tab in the green menu bar.
- Click Settings.
- Check the "exclude from navigation" option box.
- Click "save" at the bottom of the page.
| Note: The Exclude from navigation property is inherited. This means that if the "Exclude from navigation" box has been selected for a folder, all of the items stored in that folder will also be excluded from the navigation, whether or not the individual items have the Exclude from navigation box selected. |
