CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

Access to data via the School of Medicine Information Network (SOMIN) is provided for administrative and research use within the Medical School. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all information is to be strictly confidential. Unauthorized access or disclosure of data is a violation of School policy, and may result in disciplinary action up to and including expulsion. Additionally, revealing confidential data without proper authorization may subject one to civil and criminal liability for invasion of privacy.

Further, I understand that sharing my password with someone else or leaving a login session unattended may allow access to confidential data as described above, and therefore is a breach of my agreement to maintain confidentiality.
