Chatham Crossing Medical CenterChatham Crossing Medical Center is a part of the UNC Health Care System. We provide primary care to adults and children. Our physicians are all board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics. When you see one of our physicians you are seeing someone who is specially trained in adult internal medicine and also pediatric medicine with the ability to handle complex medical problems in all age groups. We also have a nurse practitioner who specializes in adult primary care. All of our providers are medical school faculty within the Division of General Medicine. We also have residents in training and medical students from time to time as we believe teaching is one of our duties and also keeps us abreast of the state of the art. As part of a large academic health care system patients have ready access to specialty care and the latest medical advancements. A computerized medical record links doctors within the system, promotes communication between doctors and allows retrieval of laboratory reports and results of special tests. Our goal is to provide a medical home for our patients by stressing continuity care with a strong doctor patient relationship. We are located off 15-501 about six miles south of Chapel Hill in Cole Park Plaza. Taking 15-501 south from Chapel Hill toward Pittsboro, we are on the left (or on the right if coming from Pittsboro or Fearrington Village) at the intersection of 15-501 and Mann’s Chapel Road in the Chatham Crossing Shopping Center. We are open from Monday through Friday with extended hours on Monday through Thursday night for all of our patients, and additional hours available Friday nights and Saturdays for children. The clinic embraces principles of CQI, establishes practice standards, monitors its performance and adjusts its practice to improve care. Here are some important links for this facility: |
