Ambulatory Care Center (ACC)

Coming from the West on Interstate 40 (I-40)

Take exit 270 and turn right (south) on Route 15-501. Go through 12 traffic lights. The last traffic light will have a blue sign indicating UNC Hospitals - Trauma Center. Do not turn here but continue about 250 yards to Mason Farm Road. Turn right and proceed for about three-quarters of a mile. Turn left at the stop sign at the corner of Mason Farm Road and East Drive. Proceed about one-quarter mile. A gray sign on the left side of the road will indicate Ambulatory Care Center. Just before the sign, turn left and proceed down into the ACC parking lot.

Coming from the East on Interstate 40 (I-40)

Take Exit 273B and follow the ramp onto Route 54 West. Go through seven traffic lights (about 3 miles) to the junction of Route 54 and Route 15-501. Stay in the right lane, go under the viaduct and turn right onto the ramp for 15-501 South. Proceed for about one mile on 15-501 to a traffic light with a blue sign indicating UNC Hospitals - Trauma Center. Do not turn here but continue about 250 yards to Mason Farm Road. Turn right and proceed for about three-quarters of a mile. Turn left at the stop sign at the corner of Mason Farm Road and East Drive. Proceed about one-quarter mile. A gray sign on the left of the road will indicate Ambulatory Care Center. Just before the sign, turn left and proceed down into the ACC parking lot.

Coming from the South on Route 15-501

Cross the bridge at the Route 54 Bypass. Continue north into Chapel Hill on South Columbia Street to the third traffic light, just past a gray sign indicating Ambulatory Care Center. Turn right onto Mason Farm Road. At about 25 yards, another gray sign on the right of the road will indicate Ambulatory Care Center. Just past that sign, turn right and proceed down the hill to the ACC parking lot.

Coming from the West on Route 54

Take the 15-501/86 Exit. Proceed north into Chapel Hill on South Columbia Street to the third traffic light, just past a gray sign indicating Ambulatory Care Center. Turn right onto Mason Farm Road. At about 25 yards, another gray sign on the right of the road will indicate Ambulatory Care Center. Just past that sign, turn right and proceed down the hill to the ACC parking lot.
