This organization is committed to increasing the number of culturally capable and sensitive physicians equipped to serve people of color and under-served communities. SNMA was founded on the principles of community service, cultural enrichment, and diversity in the medical community. Our members work hard to address disparities in health care, minority medical education, and the needs and progression of medically underserved areas.
