Dain Vines, MD
Dain Vines is a graduate of UNC School of Medicine and of the UNC Department of Family Medicine.  Since the 
completion of his medical training, Dr. Vines has completed a Fellowship in Family Medicine Education and the 
Faculty Development Fellowship (based at UNC).  Currently, Dr. Vines enjoys both academic and clinical 
responsibilities.  He works in a group practice in Hillsborough, NC while maintaining a faculty position at UNC.  
He is on the UNC Medical School Admissions Committee, teaches 1st and 2nd year medical students, and is a 
Director with the ICM course.  His clinical interests include: Maternal / Child health, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, and 
Preventive Medicine.
