Patricia G. Oliver is Assistant Dean for Finance in the UNC School of Medicine.
Her duties include providing leadership and consultation in fiscal matters, performing financial accounting functions for the School of Medicine and implementing cash management procedures to ensure availability of cash for capital projects and ongoing operating needs.
Ms. Oliver first came to work at UNC in 1990 as an accountant in the Controller’s Office. Since then she has progressed through a series of positions with increasing levels of responsibility, first in the UNC School of Public Health and then in the Dean’s Office in the School of Medicine.
She holds bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Business from Elon University in Elon, N.C.
