Cross Project Committee
Cross Project Committee is charged with planning a replacement for most of the applications supporting student functions. The primary objective of the project will be to provide SOM with a fully integrated suite of components that will allow the University to deliver outstanding service in support of SOM’s mission of teaching, research and service. The resulting integrated suite of components will be known as "The Carolina Pulse".

Cross Project Committee members are comprised of two groups: the Steering Committee and the Core Team.

Timeline
Over the next year the Cross Project Team will be rolling out a number of pilots for various products with the intention of implementing the base integrated suite by the Summer of 2010. This will be followed by phase 2 which will provide additional functionality.
