An introductory IPA lecture to demonstrate methods to search for biological information, work with pathways, analyze datasets
The presented case study will use IPA analysis of a large-scale dataset to understand experimental results. We will show an in-depth interpretation of IPA Core Analysis results to understand effects on biological functions or observed phenotypes. In addition, we will review overlap with key signaling pathways, access primary literature and create publication quality figures to present results. Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA) is an all-in-one software application that helps researchers understand biological pathways and functions associated with their therapeutic area, search for genes, phenotypes, and diseases, and create and modify experimental models.
