Dr. Ryan is a Professor of Biochemistry, Associate Professor of Biochemistry in Anesthesiology, Tri-Institutional Professor, and Professor of Biochemistry in Anesthesiology at Weill Cornell Medical College. The focus of this lab is the study of the molecular basis of synaptic transmission in the mammalian brain. His lab's primary interests lie in understanding the regulation of vesicle traffic in presynaptic terminals, and how this traffic impacts presynaptic function. Dr. Ryan will be hosted by the Graduate Student Committee.
