Seq-Ware: A Modular Pipeline for High-Throughput Sequencing Analysis

The UNC Sequencing Informatics Forum is a quarterly seminar designed to promote discussion on topics relevant to the sequencing informatics pipelines and infrastructure being developed on campus. The first seminar in the series will be on Tuesday, April 26. Brian O’Connor will discuss his work developing Seq-Ware, an open source platform for analyzing high-throughput sequencing data.
