The RTP Chapter of ACRP presents “Auschwitz and The Nuremberg Code”
Join Claudia G. Christy, MSN, RN, CCRC (Nurse Clinician in the Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Division, UNC Chapel Hill, NC) for a special presentation on Monday, December 13, 2010 from 5:30 PM- 7:00 PM in Bioinformatics Building, Room 1131. Even though the Nuremberg code was written over 60 years ago, it’s relevance to human subject protection is as germane today as it was in the aftermath of World War II. This presentation will bring to life the words of the Nuremberg code with a real life focus on Auschwitz survivor Eva Mozez Kor. The Nuremberg code will be reviewed in detail including the background and actual content of the code.
