Laboratory of Brian Strahl

The Strahl lab is interested in all aspects of histone post-translational modifications.  Accordingly, we are collecting binding information for the modification-specific antibodies most utilized in the lab.  This growing resource will house current data on the binding of numerous histone antibodies raised against histone post-translational modifications to arrays of histone peptide tails.  Information about peptide synthesis, purity, and array printing are also provided.   If other researchers have data they would like to contribute regarding a particular antibody or would like us to test a particular antibody, send an email to Stephen Fuchs, sfuchs@med.unc.edu, and we will be happy to work with you.
