The UNC Division of Geriatric Medicine and the Center for Aging and Health successfully submitted an application to the Health Resources and Services Administration for a $3,750,000 grant renewal spanning 5 years from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2024. Geriatrics topics include dementia caregiver support, opioid de-prescribing, advance care planning, falls prevention and diabetes management.
