“Receiving the Alpha Mu Tau Fraternity Scholarship is truly an honor. I am happy to represent our program and all that we are about,” Fisher said. “Thank you to those who have helped me along in my academic journey to develop me into the persistent and motivated student that I am today. I am looking forward to my professional growth as a clinical laboratory scientist and the future ways that I will give back to AMTF.”

The Alpha Mu Tau Fraternity (AMTF) was founded in 1948 by the American Society of Medical Technology, now the American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science. The AMTF recognizes laboratory professionals that have made outstanding contributions to the field of clinical laboratory science and provides educational support through undergraduate and graduate scholarships for students.
