Kristine Barnette Receives 2019 Louise Ward Excellence in Teaching Award

Kristine Barnette ’07, received the Louise Ward Excellence in Teaching Award from the Division of Clinical Laboratory Science. The award is presented annually to a faculty member who has demonstrated excellence in teaching. Barnette is the manager of the division’s student laboratory.

Jennette receives distinguished service award

Brinkhous Distinguished Professor and Chair of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, Professor of Medicine, and Chief of Pathology and UNC Laboratory Medicine Services, has been selected to receive the 2019 Distinguished Service Award from the Association of Pathology Chairs (APC).
