Your bequest to the Medical Foundation of North Carolina, Inc for the benefit of the Division of Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling is very important. A bequest is a gift of any amount made to Foundation and the Division in your will. You may include a charitable bequest when you execute a new will, or you can add it to an existing will through a codicil.
Sample bequest language:
To make a bequest, simply include a paragraph in your will naming The Medical Foundation of North Carolina, Inc. for the benefit of the UNC Chapel Hill Division of Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology as beneficiary.
