Scholarships
Neurodiagnostics and Sleep Science scholarship application
The application deadline for scholarship awards is July 30. Recipients will be chosen and notified by August 10 each year. The primary criteria considered are:
- Potential for contributing to the profession
- Academic excellence
- Personal characteristics
The number and amount of scholarships is dependent on sponsorship received each year. Additional scholarships may be awarded after August 10 to current applicants if funds become available.
Nihon Kohden Neurodiagnostics and Sleep Science Annual Scholarship
As a founding gold partner in the 2015 UNC Neurodiagnostics and Sleep Science Corporate Partners Program, Nihon Kohden has generously provided funding for a merit-based scholarship. Inaugural Neurodiagnostics and Sleep Science Annual Scholarship
A generous gift from the NDSS medical director, Bradley Vaughn, and his wife, Karen, provided funding for the inaugural merit-based scholarship to assist and reward a deserving student studying in the NDSS program.
The Smith Family Foundation Scholarships
The Eddie and Jo Allison Smith Family Foundation has generously made a gift to provide three scholarships for deserving NDSS students.
